Platform overview
One platform. Every pass.
Orbitalink unifies ground-station registration, socket-based telemetry, pass scheduling, spectrum observation, command dispatch, and recording retrieval into a single authenticated operator session — scoped per organisation.

Architecture
How data flows
Field Unit
An Orbitalink field unit connects to the backend Socket.IO gateway over a persistent WebSocket, authenticated by station ID and tenant ID.
Gateway
The gateway routes telemetry, spectrum, audio, tracking, and event streams into tenant-scoped station rooms. No cross-tenant emission.
Operator session
Authenticated operators subscribe to a station room and receive all live streams. Feature flags gate hardware-specific controls per station.
Persistence
Passes, recordings, event logs, TLE sources, and automation config are stored in PostgreSQL via Prisma and accessible through REST API routes.
Integrations and APIs
Connect your stack
REST API endpoints for field units, passes, telemetry snapshot, monitoring, and recordings. WebSocket gateway for realtime streams. All routes require a valid session and are scoped to your tenant.
Automation
Reduce manual steps per pass
